NAUSHER VS PROVINCE OF PUNJAB through District Collector, Khanewal S. 5---Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908), S. 9---Matters decided by Special/Administrative Tribunals---Limited jurisdiction of Civil Courts---Scope---In cases where the Revenue authorities have acted in accordance with law, the Civil Courts have no jurisdiction---However, in cases where they had not so acted, the Civil Courts have the jurisdiction to interfere with, and strike down orders passed without lawful authority.
