Raja ALI ZAMAN VS EVACUEE TRUST PROPERTY BOARD Presumption---Provisions of a statute in harmony with the Constitution---Presumption is that the Legislature intends to legislate on matters in complete harmony with the Articles of the Constitution and that the Courts will give effect to the will of the Legislature which manifests itself through the laws passed by the Legislature.
