NIAMATULLAH KHAN VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN art. 184(3)---Matter relating to construction of fifteen storey "Nasla Tower" built illegally on encroached land meant for a service road---Demolition of said tower on the directions of the Supreme Court---Concerned Commissioner had been directed to immediately commence the demolition work of the tower and achieve the total demolition thereof and clearance of debris as soon as possible---Commissioner submitted a report in court regarding demolition of the tower---Supreme Court observed that the said report was altogether unsatisfactory and was rejected; that the Commissioner had not complied with the one weeks' time line given by the Supreme Court for demolition of the building, which merited action against the Commissioner for defiance of the Court's orders---Supreme Court directed that the Commissioner shall ensure that compliance of the Court's orders regarding demolition of the building was made.
