NIAMATULLAH KHAN VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN art. 184(3)---Matters relating to graves existing on land belonging to Kidney Hill Park ('the Park'); and two houses built adjacent to the Park with gates opening towards the Park providing an illegal passage for the said houses---Supreme Court gave directions to relevant officials for exploring possibility of shifting the graves from the Park to a properly declared graveyard and for removing any gates of houses existing adjacent to the Park.
