PRESIDENT, ZARAI TARAQIATI BANK LIMITED, ISLAMABAD VS AGHA HASSAN KHURSHEED art. 187---Under art. 187 of the Constitution, the Supreme Court had been given power to issue such directions, orders or decrees as may be necessary for doing complete justice in any case or matter pending before it---Such power of the Supreme Court was very much inherent and could be exercised without being handicapped by any technicality or rule or practice, nor exercise of such power was dependent upon any application being filed by a party to the case; it was enough that it was brought to the notice of the Court, while hearing a case, that an order had been passed by a forum below which had bearing on the case and caused injustice to one of the parties, and the Court would not be hesitant for a moment to correct such injustice.
