MUHAMMAD RASHID VS State Ss. 302, 109 & 34---anti-Terrorism act (XXVII of 1997), S. 7---Sindh arms act (V of 2013), S. 23(1)(a)---Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898), S. 161---Qatl-i-amd, abetment, common intention, act of terrorism, possession of unlicensed weapon---appreciation of evidence---Oral and medical evidence--- Conflict---Effect---accused were charged for committing murder of the deceased by firing and also made aerial firing creating terror in the area---according to eye-witness, deceased had received two bullet wounds whereas per post-mortem report he received only one bullet wound---Said discrepancy was not sufficient to extend the benefit of doubt to the accused---appeal against conviction was dismissed.
