ZAFAR IQBAL VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Motive proved---Scope---Accused was charged for committing murder of the wife of the complainant by firing---Motive behind the occurrence was that deceased married her daughter with a witness to the infuriation of the accused---According to the complainant the accused was interested to take rishta of his daughter for his brother but they refused because he was an addict person---Prosecution had failed to prove the motive part through any evidence.
