Hafiz OBAIDULLAH VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Recovery of weapon and crime empties---Scope---Accused was charged for committing murder of the brother of the complainant---Crime weapon was recovered on the pointation of accused and the pistol along with empties secured from the place of occurrence were sent for the report of the Ballistic Expert---Ballistic Expert Report had been produced, which showed that the crime empties were fired from the pistol recovered on pointation of the accused in pursuance of the disclosure made by him---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case beyond any shadow of doubt, however, the death penalty was altered into imprisonment for life, in circumstances---Appeal was dismissed with said modification in sentence.
