MANNAN VS State Ss. 302, 324 & 34---Qatl-i-amd, attempt to commit qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Substitution--- Scope--- Accused were charged for committing murder of the son of complainant and also causing injuries to the complainant and his other son---Father would let the real murderer of his son get away scotfree and falsely implicated an innocent person by way of substitution did not appeal to logic, commonsense or reason---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case against the accused beyond a reasonable doubt---Appeal was dismissed accordingly.
