MANNAN VS State Ss. 302, 324 & 34---Qatl-i-amd, attempt to commit qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Police Officials as witnesses---Scope---Accused were charged for committing murder of the son of complainant and also causing injuries to the complainant and his other son---Record showed that the police witnesses had no enmity or ill will towards the accused and had no reason to falsely implicate them in the case---Evidence of the police witnesses could be fully relied upon, in circumstances--- Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case against the accused beyond a reasonable doubt---Appeal was dismissed accordingly.
