AQEELA ABID VS Ch. BASHIR AHMAD S. 10---Other agreement---Landlord and tenant, relationship of---Effect---In order to apply S.10 of the Punjab Rented Premises Act, 2009, the agreement to sell must be between landlord and tenant if the person is in occupation of the premises by virtue of agreement to sell and not because he was a tenant, S.10 of the Act will have no bearing on the matter.
