GHULAM MEHDI VS RAJAB ALI O.XLI, R.31---General Clauses Act (X of 1897), S.24A---Suit for declaration was concurrently dismissed---Petitioner's contention that appellate Court had passed its judgment in mechanical manner without application of judicious mind---Validity---Perusal of the judgment of the appellate Court showed that the appeal was dealt with in very cursory manner---Neither issue-wise findings were given nor points for determination were set out and decision given thereon--- Appellate Court frustrated the very purpose of the provision of O.XLI, R.31 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908---Revision petition was accepted and case was remanded.
