Mst. ANILA VS State S. 498---Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Ss. 420/ 468/471/34---Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property, forgery for the purpose of cheating, using as genuine a forged document, common intention---Pre-arrest bail, confirmation of---Further inquiry--- Female--- Prosecution case was based upon documentary evidence, therefore, no question did arise for tampering the same at the hands of accused---Allegation of cheating denied by the accused required evidence as to whether the incident had taken place in a manner as stated in FIR or otherwise---Record showed that report of alleged cheating had been made by the complainants after inordinate delay---Accused was a lady of advanced age and the punishment of the offences under which she had been booked also did not fall within the prohibitory clause of S.497, Cr.P.C.---Interim pre-arrest bail already granted to accused in seven cases was confirmed, in circumstances.
