ZEESHAN VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN through Chairman, National Accountability Bureau S. 9(a)(v)---"Assets beyond known sources of income, offence of"---Necessary ingredients were that accused is holder of public office; that nature and extent of pecuniary resources of property which have been found in possession of accused has been satisfied; that it is to be proved as to what are known sources of income through thorough investigation; and that it is to be proved objectively that such resources or property found in possession of accused is disproportionate to his known sources of income.
