SAKHAWAT ALI VS State Circumstantial evidence---Scope---Accused can be convicted on the basis of circumstantial evidence but one end of chain should be connected to the place of occurrence or the dead body and other to the neck of accused and there should not be any break in the chain of circumstance---Any missing link or chain break gives a big favour to the accused in the form of benefit of doubt.
