ABDUL AZIZ FAZLANI VS ABDUL RAZZAQ S. 34---Common intention--- Scope---Prosecution with regard to S.34 of P.P.C., is required to prove: that a criminal act must be done by several persons; that the criminal act must be done to further the common intention of all; that there must be a pre-arranged plan and criminal act should have been done in pursuance thereof; and that there must be participation of all persons in furtherance of common intention.
