Judgment text as reported

AAMIR SIDDIQUE VS ADDITIONAL SESSIONS JUDGE (MCTC), SANGHAR S. 526---Transfer of criminal case to another court---Scope---Complainant sought transfer of trial from one court to another on the ground that he had received an information that the accused persons would be acquitted by the Trial Court---No case for transfer was made out for the reason that mere words of the complainant were not sufficient---Not a single instance was quoted about the conduct of the Presiding Officer---Rumors were no ground for transfer of the case---Trial judge was conducting the trial expeditiously as it had been declared as Model Criminal Trial Courts (MCTC)---High Court observed that only objective appeared to be not to allow the Trial Court to complete the trial expeditiously---Transfer application was dismissed.
