GULZAR HUSSAIN VS ABDUR RASOOL S.2-a---Inheritance mutations---Entitlement of daughter---Prevalent customs---applicability---Petitioners/defendants while resisting the claim of plaintiffs had justified impugned inheritance mutations before the Courts below on the ground that plaintiff's mother was not daughter of their predecessor-in-interest---Held, that it was never the petitioners' case that the impugned mutations were sanctioned in the light of prevailing customs---Petitioners were thus estopped to take a somersault to say that impugned mutations were protected under S.2-a of West Pakistan Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) act (amendment) Ordinance, 1983---It was only an attempt to defend impugned mutations at any cost---Daughter could not be deprived of her share in the legacy---Revision petition was dismissed, in circumstances.
