MASOOD AHMED KHAN VS KHALID ANWAR KHAN art.95---Power of attorney, authentication of---Scope---Such authentication was not merely attestation, rather it also included the meaning that the person authenticating had assumed himself of the identity of the person who had signed the instrument as well as the fact of execution---Power of attorney bearing the authentication of Notary Public or an authority mentioned in art.95 of Qanun-e-Shahadat, 1984 was taken as "sufficient", evidence of the execution of the instrument by the person, who appeared to be the prima facie executant.
