NIGHAT WAHEED VS ARIF LATIF Proof---Oral gift allegedly made from inheritable property to the exclusion of other legal heirs---In such a case the donee is under heavy burden to prove valid execution of oral gift and subsequent acknowledgement deed, because he cannot take benefit of the shortcomings in the evidence of defendants, rather he has to stand on his own legs.
