A. RAHIM FOODS (PVT.) LIMITED VS K&N'S FOODS (PVT.) LIMITED S. 10(2)(d)---Deceptive marketing practices, action for---Pre-requisites---Registration of trademark (or for that matter, registration of firm name, or product labelling or packaging) is not necessary for the applicability of the provisions of section 10(2)(d) of the Competition Act, 2010---Neither the common law action of passing-off requires such registration nor does the language of section 10(2)(d) of the Act provide for any such requirement.
