STATE LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN VS SURRIYA ASGHAR S. 122---Insurance claim---Burden of proof---Scope---Husband of respondent had purchased a policy from the appellants---Policy was duly revived and ultimately husband of the respondent passed away---On account of failure of the appellants to discharge their liability under the policy, the respondent filed a petition before the Insurance Tribunal, as a result of which impugned judgment and decree was passed---Burden of proof was lawfully discharged by the respondent, however, it was the appellants who were under obligation to dispel and dislodge the evidence led by the respondent---Appellants had failed to establish that the respondent was suffering from diabetes and was not entitled to recover the insurance amount secured by the policy---No legal or factual infirmity was found in the impugned judgment and decree with respect to declaring entitlement of the respondent to recover the amount---Appeal was dismissed.
