SAEED AHMED GHANGRO VS State Ss. 302(b) & 34---Qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Minor contradictions in the statements of witnesses---Scope---Accused were charged for committing murder of the son of the complainant by firing---Some minor contradictions and discrepancies in the evidence were pointed out by the defence, however, same were not sufficient to hold the case of prosecution doubtful---Prosecution had established its case against the accused beyond a reasonable doubt then if there were some minor contradictions which always were found in each and every case, same might be ignored---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case beyond any shadow of doubt---Appeal was dismissed accordingly.
