ANWAR UL HAQ VS NAWABUDDIN Ss. 8 & 9---Recovery of specific immoveable property---Scope---There is no contradiction between Ss. 8 & 9 of the Specific Relief Act, 1877, rather S. 9 is a special provision for early grievance and irrespective of this distinction, S. 8 is always available in this regard for the plaintiff for his redressal.
