DARGAHI VS State Benefit of doubt---Principle---For giving benefit of doubt to an accused it was not necessary that there should be many circumstances---If there is a single circumstance which created reasonable doubt about the guilt of the accused, then the accused would be entitled to its benefit not as a matter of grace and concession but as matter of right.
