QADIR BUX BULEDI VS State Benefit of doubt---Principle---Not necessary that there should be many circumstances creating doubt in the prosecution case---If there is single circumstance creating reasonable doubt in a prudent mind about the guilt of the accused, then accused would be entitled for benefit of such doubt, not as a matter of grace and concession, but as a matter of right.
