MUHAMMAD IMRAN alias MANA VS State Ss. 302(b) & 34---Qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Benefit of doubt---Call Data Record---Reliance---Accused was charged that he along with his wife committed murder of the father of the complainant---In the present case, there was a vague and convoluted prosecution story that the Call Data Record obtained by the Investigating Officer also supported the prosecution case---Prosecution was completely unable to show as to which entry on the record supported the prosecution case and how---Similarly, neither was the same explained at trial in a manner which one could even understand---Circumstances established that the prosecution had failed to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt---Appeal against conviction was allowed accordingly.
