MUHAMMAD NADEEM VS State Ss. 302(b) & 34---Qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Substitution of accused---Scope---Accused was charged that he along with co-accused committed murder of the brother of complainant during robbery---Such did not appeal to reason, logic or commonsense that a brother who was an eye-witness to the murder of his own blood brother would let the real murderer of his blood brother go scot free by substituting him with an innocent person (the accused)---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case against the accused beyond any shadow of doubt---Appeal against conviction was dismissed accordingly.
