MUHAMMAD NADEEM VS State Ss. 302(b) & 34---Qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Related eye-witness---Scope---Accused was charged that he along with co-accused committed murder of the brother of complainant during robbery---Although, the eye-witness was closely related to the deceased, however, his evidence could not be discarded on that basis alone unless some enmity, ill will or reason to falsely implicate the accused had come on record and nothing of the kind had come on record in the case---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case against the accused beyond any shadow of doubt---Appeal against conviction was dismissed accordingly.
