MUHAMMAD RAHEEL VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Recovery of churri from the spot---Scope---Accused was charged for committing murder of his wife/sister of complainant by inflicting knife blows---Record showed that the blood-stained churri was recovered next to the dead body at the time of the arrest of accused on the spot and was sealed and sent for chemical examination---Blood stained earth, blood stained clothes of the deceased and blood-stained churri all resulted in a positive chemical report---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case against the accused beyond reasonable doubt--- Appeal against conviction was dismissed accordingly.
