MUHAMMAD RAHEEL VS State S. 302(b)--- Qatl-i-amd--- Appreciation of evidence---Police witnesses---Scope---Accused was charged for committing murder of his wife/sister of the complainant by inflicting knife blows---Record showed that the Police witnesses had no enmity or ill will towards the accused and had no reason to falsely implicate him in the case, for example by making up his arrest at the washroom (which the accused admitted himself in his statement under S. 342, Cr.P.C or by planting the churri---Evidence of the Police witnesses, in circumstances, could be fully relied upon---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case against the accused beyond reasonable doubt---Appeal against conviction was dismissed accordingly.
