ALI JAN VS State S. 302(b)--- Qatl-i-amd--- Appreciation of evidence--- Motive was proved---Scope---Accused was charged for committing murder of the son of complainant---Motive as set up in the FIR regarding murder of the deceased was a quarrel which took place between the deceased and accused over selling of charas by the accused in front of the house of deceased---Prosecution evidence transpired that motive asserted by the prosecution in the FIR had been established at trial by eye-witnesses---Complainant died before his evidence---Accused had committed cold blooded murder of a young man by causing multiple blows on vital parts of his body, thus, accused deserved no sympathy in the matter of sentence---Appeal was dismissed, in circumstances.
