ABDUL MAJEED VS State Benefit of doubt---Principle---Prosecution had to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt---If a single circumstance which created reasonable doubt in the mind of a prudent man came in the evidence of the prosecution, its benefit must go to accused not as a matter of grace or concession but as a matter of right.
