ABDUL GHAFFAR VS State Related witnesses---Scope---Evidence of the related witnesses can not be discarded on the ground of its being related to the victim---If it is found that the testimony of the related witness got no corroboration from attending circumstances of the case or the conduct shown by them at the time of occurrence or just thereafter, which can not be expected from a prudent person, then the evidence furnished by related witnesses can be easily discarded.
