MANJHI KHAN VS State Benefit of doubt---Principle---For giving benefit of doubt to an accused, it was not necessary that there should be many circumstances creating doubts---If there was one circumstance which created reasonable doubt in a prudent mind about the guilt of accused, then the accused would be entitled to its benefit not as a matter of grace and concession but as a right.
