ASAD HUSSAIN VS State S. 497---Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Ss. 302, 324, 337-H(2), 147, 148 & 149---Qatl-i-amd, attempt to commit qatl-i-amd, hurt by rash or negligent act, rioting, armed with deadly weapon, common object---Bail, refusal of---Prompt FIR---Scope---Accused sought post-arrest bail---First Information Report was lodged with sufficient promptness---Accused, who was available at the scene of offence with deadly weapons, had not only provided full assistance to main accused but had made straight fire upon cousin of complainant---Injured person had received injury on his right wrist, regarding which it was argued that the same was non-vital part---Entire body was vital part for firearm injury specially when a fire shot was made from automatic weapon because such weapons are designed to discharge continuous bullets and only one of the same might pierce any vital organ of the injured---No good ground for grant of bail was agitated on behalf of the accused, as such, he was not entitled for grant of bail---Bail plea of accused was declined, in circumstances.
