MUHAMMAD ISHAQUE alias BOBI alias HUSSAIN VS State Ss. 302(b) & 34---anti-Terrorism act (XXVII of 1997), S. 7---Qatl-i-amd, common intention, act of terrorism---appreciation of evidence---act of terrorism, applicability---accused were charged for committing murder of the son of complainant by firing---Based on the particular facts and circumstances of the case, it appeared that the offence was simply a murder by way of target killing which had no object, intent, purpose or design to create terror and as such the accused was acquitted of all offences under the anti-Terrorism act, 1997.
