PAKISTAN TELEVISION CORPORATION VS NOOR SANAT SHAH Vicarious liability---Corporation vicariously liable for the acts of its employees---Employees of a Corporation not implementing orders of National Industrial Relations Commission---Factors to be considered by Courts when determining vicarious liability of the Corporation---First consideration that the courts have to look at when deciding whether an entity/organization is vicariously liable for breaches in tort committed by its employees is whether or not a tortious breach has actually been committed in the first place---Next consideration would be whether or not the tortious acts had been committed by an employee of an organisation during the course of his employment---Final consideration would be whether it would be fair, just and reasonable to hold an organisation/entity vicariously liable for the actions of its employees during the course of their employment which resulted in tortious acts.
