MUBARIK ALI BABAR VS PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION S. 10---Constitution of Pakistan, Art. 14---Persons With Disabilities (PWDs)---Combined Competitive Examination conducted by the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC)---Use of the word 'disabled' in advertisements for posts---Supreme Court directed that the word "disabled" has already been put to disuse in the judgment reported as Malik Ubaidullah v. Government of Punjab and others (PLD 2020 SC 599) and, therefore, the PPSC shall ensure that the word "disabled" is not used and instead persons with disabilities or persons with different abilities is put to use---Supreme Court observed that it was hopeful that in the future these terms will be incorporated in the official correspondence as well as relevant notifications, including public advertisements, issued by the Government.
