ABDUL HASEEB KHAN VS RAVI URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY S.11---appointment of employees---Scope---Section 11 makes provision for the appointment of the employees of the authority on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the regulations---Ravi Urban Development authority act, 2020 however, does not make any distinction between the regular employees of the authority and employees recruited on contract.
