ABDUL HASEEB KHAN VS RAVI URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Ss. 9, 11 & 12---Powers of Chief Executive Officer---appointment of employees---Termination from service---Scope---Words appearing in subsection (6) of S.9 "subject to this act and general supervision and control of the Board" do not in any manner whatsoever hamper or curtail the powers of the Chief Executive Officer and/or make the approval of the authority or Board, as the case may be, a condition precedent for the decisions taken by the Chief Executive Officer---Chief Executive Officercan perform all powers and functions of the authority for the purposes of the appointment and termination from service of the employees of the authority.
