CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, PESHAWAR ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY (PEPCO) VS SAJEEDA BEGUM S. 3---Constitution of Pakistan, Art. 199---Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA)---Widow of deceased employee of WAPDA filed a constitutional petition before the Islamabad High Court claiming benefit of Prime Minister's Assistance Package of 2014---High Court allowed the said Constitutional petition---Held, that the 2014 package was meant for families of Government employees who died in-service or security-related deaths---Employees of WAPDA were not government servants and the 2014 Assistance Package was announced for the benefit of government servants only---Petition for leave to appeal was converted into appeal and allowed, and impugned judgment of High Court was set-aside.
