MUHAMMAD ANWAR VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN through Secretary Ministry of Production Minor penalty of retirement---Claim of financial benefits from the date of action---Validity---Colleagues of petitioners were charged with the same allegations which had been set aside by Service Tribunal and Supreme Court---Authorities had agreed to award financial benefits to the petitioners---Judgment of Supreme Court was to be implemented in letter and spirit---Employees were entitled for financial benefits with effect from the date of imposition of penalty---Authorities were directed to re-calculate the pensionary benefits of petitioners and other benefits as admissible under the law with effect from the date of imposition of penalty---Constitutional petition was allowed, accordingly.
