Mst. TASLEEM AKHTAR VS PROVINCE OF SINDH allotment of official accommodation---Scope---Petitioner claimed that allotment of official accommodation was cancelled without providing her an opportunity of hearing---Respondent, who was subsequently allotted the official accommodation, also assailed the order passed by authority whereby allotment order in her favour was also cancelled---Validity---Respondent had failed to demonstrate any right, whereby her claim for occupation/allotment of official accommodation was tenable---authority was directed by the High Court to let the official accommodation remain intact in the name of the petitioner as per her entitlement under the law and policy---Constitutional petition filed by petitioner was allowed and that of respondent was dismissed.
