MUHAMMAD SHARIF VS CHIEF JUSTICE HIGH COURT OF SINDH adverse remarks recorded in the annual Confidential Report of a judicial officer---Contention of Judicial Officer was that no material was available against him---Validity---Civil servant was bound to be honest having unblemished integrity---Judicial Officers were supposed to excel in the trait of character in view of the scared and sensitive nature of their duties---appellant could not point out any prejudice or bias on the part of concerned District and Sessions Judges who had recorded adverse remarks in his annual Confidential Reports---Competent authority after hearing the appellant and examining the record had rightly rejected the representation of Judicial Officer---appellant had already been compulsory retired from service---Present appeal had become infructuous and was dismissed accordingly.
