MUHAMMAD REHAN QURESHI VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN appointment---Deceased Employees' Quota---Scope---Petitioners sought appointment on the basis of Deceased Employees Quota in terms of Policy Order issued by department---Contention of authorities was that policy regarding appointment of the children against the quota meant for deceased employees was not applicable to the petitioners---Validity---Policy provided quota of the posts in BPS-1 to 9 in all categories for the children of the Department employees and the policy was fully applicable in the case of petitioners---High Court directed the petitioners to submit their applications to the respective Chief Executive Officers of the department and directed the authorities to decide the applications in accordance with law---Constitutional petition was disposed of accordingly.
