SADARAT ALI VS PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT through Chief Secretary, Gilgit-Baltistan appointment---Petitioners were not selected---Claim of petitioners, inter alia, was that the authorities had extracted money on the pretext of rechecking of papers, but outcome of rechecking was the same---Validity---Rechecking process of papers of desirous candidates was carried out by a five Members Committee which, after thorough scrutiny, had accommodated 34 deserving candidates and the leftover candidates were not adjusted due to their low merit---Members of Redressal Committee, who were from various departments, had no malice or ill will against the petitioners---Writ petition was dismissed.
