IJAZ UL HAQ VS Mrs. MAROOF BEGUM AHMED S. 12---Suit for specific performance of agreement to sell immoveable property---Capacity of vendee to pay the balance amount by the stipulated time---Proof---In a suit for specific performance, the vendee has to prove that at the appointed time, he had sufficient money with which he could pay the balance amount, or if he did not have such money, he made such arrangements, with the help of which, he could pay as promised.
