MASKEEN ULLAH VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Reappraisal of evidence---Medical evidence corroborating ocular account---Ocular account was fully supported by the medical evidence---Duration given by the doctor also coincided with the time of occurrence---According to the witnesses, accused fired three shots upon deceased and the doctor also found three entry wounds on the person of the deceased, so the medical evidence fully supported the ocular account which otherwise was truthful and reliable---Both the Courts below after appraisal and re-appraisal of the entire evidence rightly came to the conclusion regarding guilt of the accused---Petition for leave to appeal was dismissed and leave was refused.
