IMRAN MEHMOOD VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Prosecution witnesses related to the deceased---Mere relationship of the prosecution witnesses with the deceased cannot be a ground to discard the testimony of such witnesses out-rightly---If the presence of the related witnesses at the time of occurrence is natural and their evidence is straight forward and confidence inspiring then the same can be safely relied upon to award capital punishment.
